Mixing the two worlds of dance and yoga! This class will incorporate barre work from ballet and flows from yoga! Its the best of both worlds for a fun, new way to work out!
Very similar to our vinyasa flow class. We're going to slow it down in this class while still exploring traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques. Awesome for beginners!
